A multi-disciplinary artist and former stepper (he’s in Alpha Phi Alpha, the first Black fraternity founded in 1906 at Cornell), David Wong — of African-American and Chinese heritage — works across still photography, moving images and fashion. Based in Los Angeles, he thrives on collaboration, which is why you're as likely to find him teaming up with writers, musicians, clothing designers, and cinematographers. A former MTV intern who segued into radio (Hot 97 and KISS FM specifically), he cut his teeth working with and alongside legendary DJs, music executives and on-air personalities — with stops in television (including working on Diddy’s “Making the Band”, and working as an Associate Producer for a premium cable show) along the way. David’s growing body of brand experience includes Netflix, Guitar Center, Forever 21, Sony, Cinemax, Hype Beast and Lucky Brand.
