Diego Pernía, a director and photographer, started his career in stage productions while studying under Eiko Ishioka, the renowned Japanese set and wardrobe designer known for her work in “The Cell” and Francis Ford Coppola’s “Dracula.” Diego’s shift to commercial projects led to successful ads for companies such as Sony, HSBC, Ponds, Nissan, and Mercedes-Benz. Moreover, he has directed and produced television programs for networks like Discovery Channel, BBC, MTV, and E! Entertainment. In recent years, he has worked as the film and live show director for the Grammy Award-winning Zac Brown Band and joined forces with Cirque du Soleil.
